rules ensure that all members are given an opportunity to express

When we conduct our business meetings, we follow Parliamentary
Procedures at a Glance by O. Garfield Jones. Members and guests
may participate in the business meeting but guests cannot vote on
matters of a club bylaw or constitutional nature. After conducting
our business meeting, we move into frivolous business, allowing
members to practice Parliamentary Procedure on hypothetical topic
matters.
